im very sorry everyone but im having a fucking horrible time trying to upload the episode! i tried megaupload.com and they fucked it up, i tried emailing it to myself and doing shit and iv trying hosting it all kinds of other ways and NOTHING is working! someone help me!

If you're problem is a "too big" issue, try using Sendspace, they allow alot more storage'n shit.

Once again tom:

1. Open up itunes
2. put the episode into itunes.
3. go to "Edit" at the top of itunes
4. Select "Preferences"
5. Click "Import Settings"

For "Import Using" select "MP3 Encoder"
For "Setting" select "Good Quality 128"

6. click ok
7. right click your .wav file episode
8. Select "Create MP3 Version"
9. Wait
10. Your done, grave a beer and hit the bong.

So, if you are broke, look into AUDACITY, ESPECIALLY the option
"Export as MP3"...
